Alliance Women's Christmas Party

I was privileged to share our plans at the Alliance Women's Christmas Gathering at Girard Alliance Church on Tuesday. The ladies were very interested and some said they would love to be going with us!  We appreciate the prayer support of these ladies and all of you.

Going to RVA

As you know, Dennis and I are going to be working at Rift Valley Academy in Kenya, East Africa from July 2012-2013. We have been accepted to be dorm parents. We know we will have girls, but we don't know yet if they will be grades 7-8 or 9-10. I will also be teaching some Spanish and they will have another assignment for Dennis also.  Now we are in the process of getting pictures for visas and raising support. Africa Inland Mission has said that we will need to raise about $33,000. for the year. Most of this needs to be in by May 25, 2012. We are trusting the Lord for His provision for us.  Please pray for us as we prepare. Also pray that the Lord will supply the right people to stay in our house in Girard while we are gone.
